Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Fruita, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the removal of existing concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, asphalt and a small amount of landscape rock/grass, and the installation of new concrete bulbouts/crosswalk improvements, push-button pedestrian crossing lights, signage and pavement markings in four locations in Fruita. Contact the Fruita Engineering Department at 970-858-8377 with any questions during the bid period. All questions from prospective Offerors regarding the Project and requiring a response prior to opening of bidding must be submitted to City in writing prior to 12:00 PM on Tuesday August 6, 2024 All questions about these Instructions, or the bidding or Project materials being provided herewith, must be submitted to City Project Manager by email at: Chris Dehmel, cdehmel@fruita.org
