The Board reserves the right to award Request for Bids which would be in the Best Interest of the County. The following licensing requirements shall apply when the applicable Florida statute mandates specific licensing for Contractors engaged in the type of work covered by this solicitation. State of Florida, Department of Professional Regulation, Construction Industries Licensing Board and licensed by other federal, state, regional, county or municipal agencies having jurisdiction over the specified construction work Clay County is seeking bids for the following: (17) Positive Pressure Ventilation fans SuperVac model # V18-BL-SP. Each fan shall include (2) M18/HD12 batteries, A/C charger, and Shore power cord. Also request (34) M18/HD12 batteries. Shipping and Handling is to be included in the price of items. Positive Pressure Ventilation fans must comply with NFPA standards. All items must be received by September 15, 2024. This Bid requires a five (5%) percent Bid Bond. The Bid Bond is required to be uploaded within the Supplier Questionnaire. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for projects of $200,000.00 or less. Prior to commencement of a project exceeding $200,000.00, in accordance with F.S. 255.05, the awarded Bidder shall file a 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond (using Clay County Standard Form) in the Public Record of Clay County, Florida, Recording Dept./Room 130, 825 North Orange Avenue, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043 Last Date of Inquiries: July 19, 2024, 4:00pm
