The City of Greenwood is requesting qualifications for updates to the City's Comprehensive Plan. The current Comprehensive Plan was prepared in 2008 by Peridian Group, Inc., Shockey Consulting Services, LLC, and by McClure Engineering Company. The following list represents topics to be included in the Comprehensive Plan; however, the City understands the final scope of services will be the result of discussions and negotiations between the City and the successful consultant: Review the City of Greenwood Existing 2008 Comprehensive Plan for Adequacy Hold Community Meetings and Summary Report of Community Input Review of Community Goals and Priorities Projection of Future Trends Review and Revise the Future Land Use Plan Action Plan for Implementation Implementation Strategy and Matrix Disabled persons wishing to participate in the RFQ closing and who require a reasonable accommodation may call the City at 816-537-6969, Ext 106. A forty-eighthour notice is required. The City of Greenwood Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals. The City is not responsible for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response to this RFQ. Submittals that do not meet the requirements outlined in the RFQ may be deemed nonresponsive by the City and the City reserves the right to waive any and all requirements in this RFQ.
