This curb and gutter located on Grant Circle is typically prone to flooding following rain events. There are no existing curb inlets in the cul-de-sacs and over time, the curb, gutter, and pavement have all settled. The result is the creation of low spots in the cul-de-sac. The City is requesting proposals which address the "Base Bid" scope and the "Add Alternate" scope. BASE BID Installation of stormwater disbursement grate at 2106 Grant Circle. Installation of stormwater pipe (6") which is slanted at an angle to feed a nearby stormwater catch basin. Perform repairs to curb, gutter, and driveway (at 2106 Grant Circle) affected by poor drainage. Perform dirt work and re-seeding on 2108 Grant Circle. ADD ALTERNATE Mill and overlay cul-de-sac to reduce "bulb effect" and ponding occurrences on the entire cul-de-sac (in addition to stormwater disbursement inlet from base bid). 3.
