The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Construction work to remodel the Cooper County 9-1-1 Dispatch Center, located in the basement of the Cooper County Law Enforcement Center at 200 Main Street, Boonville, MO 65233. This RFP relates to the work including removal of seven windows, demolition of a small section of wall, the construction of two new walls, enclosing areas where the windows are removed, painting, electrical system rework and new floor covering. The Supplier is responsible for all demolition work, disposal of debris, and all aspects of the remodel including framing, finish and flooring except electrical. Supplier is expected to work cooperatively with electrical contractor and (any) other trade staff onsite. This project is being undertaken in an effort to provide additional functional space and to increase the number of dispatch positions in the space. Also attached is a rendering of a proposed equipment layout as provided by a console furniture vendor and is furnished solely for clarification to Supplier.
