The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, equipment and materials at Station 3-3, located at 15855 E. Clark Rd. Palmer, Alaska to install a new well pump and controller, associated electrical componentry, new waterline from well to building, new driveway access to well, and drainage around the building. The projection consists of construction of a 170' access drive to the well location, installation of approximately 300' of 2" HDPE SDR 11 water line; including arctic pipe and heat trace, and fittings to connect to the existing building water system. Grading will occur surrounding the perimeter of the Station to provide adequate drainage. Additionally, a generator pad and conduits will be constructed.
