The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The County Board will consider award of the contract at the August 20, 2024 County Board Meeting contingent upon County Engineer & County Attorney review. It is the County's intent to begin construction the end of September and completed by beginning of November 2024.
