Renovation of an educational facility in Zimmerman, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project includes replacement of a chiller at an existing elementary school. The project will be managed by a Construction Manager - Agent (CMa) delivery method, with Terra Construction as the Construction Manager. The scope of work will be bid and awarded by separate, District Bid Categories outlined in Specification Section 01 12 02. Bidders are required to review all Categories to determine which category they will provide a bid for. Refer to the Drawings and specification sections, and to 01 12 16 for specific work sequencing and milestone schedules. Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the project from Franz Reprographics or QuestCDN. Proposals must be made on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Substantial Completion of the project is required on or before July 31, 2026.
