The Work of this Project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Uptown to Oakland (BRT-001) portions of the Downtown-Uptown-Oakland Bus Rapid Transit project. This Project is subject to financial assistance contracts between Authority and County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) of the U. S.
