Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pellston, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
10.23 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, pavement repairs, pedestrian accessibility improvements, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, corrugations and pavement markings on US-31 from Graham Road northerly to Blumke Road and from Milton Road northerly to Douglas Lake Road in the village of Pellston, Emmet County. This project includes a 3 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty.
