This project includes Runway 14-32 Crack Sealing and Pavement Marking and Apron Pavement Marking. The project shall be complete and ready for final inspection within five (5) calendar days from the effective date of Notice-to-Proceed. With their bid, bidders shall submit evidence of qualification meeting the requirements of General Contract Provisions 20-02. Possession by the prime contractor of MDOT prequalification at the time of bidding shall be an acceptable form of evidence. The net classification applicable to the prime contractor for this project is N3. In addition to the above minimum prequalification for prime contractors, this project includes a subclassification of N93E. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in all of the above classifications, prequalified subcontractors must be used. Subcontractors must be prequalified in their respective work area and designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
