Renovation of a restaurant in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.
The work involves a tenant improvement to an existing Servery, a part of the existing Cascade Crest commercial kitchen, and the adjacent Dining Room. The Servery provides food and beverage point of sale and limited food preparation. The work will require finish upgrades including custom cabinetry and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The Contractor will also work with the Owner to coordinate installation of Owner provided furnishings and equipment. The following rooms within the Cascade Crest Building will be closed to Non-Authorized Staff and Guests: Servery, Dining Room, Sunset Room, and Dining Restrooms. The Contractor will work closely with Metro's Project Manager and RESOLVE Architecture to coordinate and complete the contracted work. On-site logistics and any work that may impact business operations shall be coordinated with Metro's Project Manager. The work requirements are further described in the Drawings as Attachments A and Attachment B - Kitchen Equipment.
