Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fairview, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work Engineers Estimate is approximately $250,000. Contract #4 General Improvements to the Town Tank Access road and slip repair for the County Line Tank road. Contract Times (Calendar Days) Substantial / Final Payment 120 / 150 The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Question Deadline 08/08/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Town of Fairview in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid The Town of Fairview reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
