As of April 2025, this project is underway. Non Taxable Comal ISD - Middle School #9 - Bid Package #2 - ALL REMAINING SCOPES The project is located in the New Braunfels ETJ within the Mayfair Development at I-35 and Guthrie Trail. Scope of work includes construction of a new Middle School Campus of approximately 191,000 square feet, new parking areas, new site utilities, drives, baseball, softball, football field, asphalt track, new building, courtyard, landscape, hardscape, and all items for a new middle school campus. Middle school Campus is to have a Core Capacity Enrollment of 1,150 students (Grades 6-8). Substantial Completion is July 2026. Bid Package #2 includes all remaining scopes, not included in Bid Package #1. The Package #1 documents have also been posted to the Planroom Server for this project. This Bid Package #2 will be accepting bids on the remainder of the sitework scopes not included in Bid Package #1. We will accept bids on all paving, retaining walls, landscaping, site furnishings, sports fields, exterior improvements, paving markings, etc. shown in the Package #1 documents on August 14.
