The project work includes asbestos and lead abatement, site work, new utilities, concrete, load bearing masonry, structural steel, wood truss, thermal and moisture protection, firestopping and sealants, roofing, light gauge metal framed gypsum board partitions, interior metal doors, frames and hardware, sectional doors; glazing, interior finishes including ceilings and walls, domestic water and sanitary plumbing; mechanical HVAC systems; electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, access control, as well as other miscellaneous work as described in the contract documents. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % -- Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Bid.
