Reference Number : 0000357631 Contractual project management / construction management firm or individual to provide services as assigned for the specific purpose of overseeing the GTB NEW Administration building that will be in Peshawbestown, Michigan. The selected firm or individual will be the primary liaison between the Tribal Council and Admin Project Team, to assist in final decision making for site location, design (we have some references), construction, and grounds development. The Project Manager also acts as liaison between the Owner (GTB), clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants from point of conception through project completion and close-out. The project manager shall provide technical expertise in the field of general construction, coordination of technical contract documents (drawings and specifications), cost estimates and inspects quality and quantity of work while maintaining accurate records of work and project schedules to ensure compliance with contract documents and project budget for the GTB Admin Building and governmental facilities and infrastructure. The selected firm shall provide complete services for the GTB Tribal Council and New Admin Project Team, including (but not limited to) on-call project management/construction management consultant. Functions include aiding with the administration, direction and coordination of all phases of project construction based on construction documents (blueprints/specifications), as those projects are assigned to the firm.
