Basic Water Testing of campus buildings closed loop chilled & hot water piping systems, and Basic Service, Inspection and Water Testing for eight (8) open loop condenser water cooling tower systems on campus. Governor's Residence Hall 2. Highsmith Student Center 3. Karpen Hall 4. Owen Hall 5. Ramsey Library 6. Robinson Hall 7. Sherrill Center 8. Zeis Science Building The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on September 27, 2024. At the end of the Contract's initial term, UNC Asheville shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms.
