The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a reputable and competent service provider that can provide Winter Maintenance Services at these properties during the months of November - April. Services shall include the following; snow removal, snow clearance/vehicle surfaces, salting/sanding vehicle surfaces, snow/ice clearance pedestrian surfaces. The scope of work below is to be completed on the following confirmed properties, and at the optional properties at the tenant's full discretion, therefore no guarantee that optional properties will be awarded. The Confirmed Properties for winter maintenance services are: 29 Basin Street Strada Lane & Leslie Street 29 Basin Street - East Lost 535 Commissioners St. Common Access 63 Polson Street Way TPLC Private Road 300 Commissioners St. Common Access 6 Leslie Street, Entrance & Parking Lot Way The Optional Properties for winter maintenance services are: 915 Lake Shore Blvd East 945 Lake Shore Blvd East Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
