The renovation scope of this child care centre project includes the following: - Upgrades in Area of Renovation: some wall reconstruction (drywall), ceiling make-good work, new flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, washroom accessories, painting, new millwork, (counters, cupboards, shelving, change tables, gates), new doors & M/E; - Infant Washroom - reconstruction including new millwork, plumbing fixtures, M/E & wall reconstruction; - Infant Playroom - replacement of millwork in servery area (including plumbing fixtures, appliances, M/E, wall reconstruction) & millwork in Playroom open area; - Storage Room - reconstruction including adding millwork, appliances, plumbing fixtures, M/E & wall reconstruction; - Toddler #1 Washroom - renovation of washroom including new millwork, plumbing fixtures, M/E, wall reconstruction & swap location of existing child size toilet & sink; - Toddler #1 Playroom - replacement of millwork in servery area (including plumbing fixtures, appliances, M/E, wall reconstruction); - Corridor -new cubbies & change table millwork; - Doors - four (4) new doors and three (3) gates as follows: one (1) new exterior door & three (3) new interior doors and three (3) new gates. - Infant Sleep Room - demolition of closet, extend walls and ceilings, floors - Pre-School - new drywall partition, new millwork for cot storage and other storage *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
