As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project, FY 2024-25 Annual Major Streets Rehabilitation Program: Yosemite Avenue (Katherine Street to 118 Freeway) ("Project"), which consists of: 1) 115 L.F. of root pruning; 2) 94 L.F. of root barrier; 3) removal of 3 trees (4"-8" diameter); 4) 179,327 S.F. of 2 1/2" asphalt pavement cold milling; 5) sawcut and removal of 288 S.F. of concrete; 6) 11,395 S.F. of 6" asphalt pavement cold milling; 7) sawcut, removal and reconstruction of 23 L. F. of curb and gutter; 8) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 472 S.F. of sidewalk; 9) 46 L.F. of concrete sidewalk grinding; 10) 2,260 S.F. of cross gutter; 11) sawcut, removal and reconstruction of 17 curb ramps; 12) installation of 1 truncated domes detectable warning surfaces; 13) application of 12,530 S.Y. of crack seal; 14) application of 12,530 S.Y. of slurry seal; 15) placement of 3,200 ton of asphalt rubber hot mix overlay; 16) placement of 400 tons of asphalt base course; 17) placement of 30 tons of asphalt leveling course; 18) removal, replacement, and disposal of 8 sewer manhole frames, rings, and covers; 19) removal, replacement, and disposal of 23 water valve boxes; 20) adjustment of 1 storm drain manhole to grade; 21) adjustment of 2 survey monument to grade; 22) 1 traffic signal video detection installation; 23) various traffic signing and pavement delineation; and 24) all appurtenant work.
