Renovation of a mixed-use development in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Campus Notification System for Santa Susana HS, Simi Valley HS, Hollow Hills ES, Township ES. Question Deadline 08/09/2024. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of the proposed price for any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). Cash or Cashiers/Certified Check. If the Bidder's Bid Security is in the form of cash, cashiers/certified check, the cash proceeds Contractors License at the time that the Bid Proposal is submitted and at time the Contract for the Work is awarded: C7 or C10. The Bid Proposal of a Bidder who does not possess a valid and in good standing Contractor's License in at least one of the classifications set forth above will be rejected for non-responsiveness. The Project. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction and applicable regulations, and includes, but not limited Includes, but not limited to: Provide and install the new notification system at four campuses. Install new clocks, speakers and buttons. Run new CAT 6ae+ cable from clocks to nearest IDF. See drawings dated July 12, 2024. Waiver of Irregularities. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding. lOCATION 5400 Cochran St. Simi Valley, CA 93065 828 Gibson Ave. Simi Valley, CA 93065 4104 Township Avenue, Simi Valley, CA 93063 Award of Contract. The award of a contract for the Work, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Education to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest priced responsive Bid Proposal.
