Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Atchison, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A remodel of an existing secure entry, band room/music room, locker rooms, as well as the renovation of the track and field and baseball field. The project scopes include final clean, demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, general trades, joint sealants, glazing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, signage, plumbing, HVAC. This project is tax exempt. MBE/WBE are encouraged to participate. The Atchison School District and McCownGordon Construction will be accepting sealed bids for the renovation of the existing Football Field/Track and Baseball Field. Scopes include mill and overlay at the track, new synthetic turf with new aggregate and subdrain system for both football and baseball. The Atchison Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid. McCownGordon Construction and the Atchison School District are Equal Opportunity Employers.
