Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Atchison, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of six (6) culvert replacements and five (5) culvert extensions along Ottawa Road from 246th Road to 262nd Road. Atchison County has purchased the culverts and is storing them at 613 South 22nd Street. Contractor will be required to pick-up, handle and transport all materials from this location to the project site for installation. This phase 1 work is part of a larger roadway grading and re-surfacing project to bid in early 2025. The Contractor will be required to maintain access to all properties during construction utilizing road closure barricades ("Local Traffic Only"). Traffic control will need to be adjusted as the work progresses to maintain property owner access from the north or south along Ottawa Road.
