The City of Owensboro is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, incidentals and supervision needed to complete noted asphalt maintenance projects, all as directed by the City Engineer. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received, to take exception to these bid specifications, or to waive any informalities, to negotiate all terms and conditions, or to cancel or amend in part, or entirety, this bid. The right is also reserved to award bids based on the best interest and/or most advantageous to the City of Owensboro. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to consider as a part of the bid evaluation the stated warranty, stated delivery schedule, and payment terms. Question Deadline 07/25/2024 Every request for such interpretation, clarification, or additional information should be in writing addressed to Kalyn Fox, Purchasing Manager, at City Hall (101 E. 4th Street, Owensboro, KY 42303) or emailed to bids@owensboro.org and to be given consideration must be received. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be uploaded to the City's vendor registry website at online.
