Submit a bid to provide Bonneville County with a proposal to provide and construct a Fully Operational Turnkey Fueling Station for Bonneville County vehicles and equipment. Your response must be manually signed and dated and include all requested information. No other Bonneville County employees or representatives other than those specified above are authorized to provide information or interpret any portion of this solicitation. No contact from a vendor to any other Bonneville County employee or elected official should be made during this process The successful vendor will be responsible for the design and construction of a fully functional turn key fueling station for Bonneville County vehicles and equipment following Bonneville County standards and specifications including but not limited to the following: 1.1 Engineered design drawings and specifications for fueling station site improvements, stamped by an Engineer licensed in Idaho. 1.2 All Local, State or federal permitting required. 1.3 Site grading, excavation, backfill and labor necessary for installation of concrete pads, asphalt areas, underground fuel tanks, piping, wiring and approaches to city streets etc. 1.4 Rock excavation unit price. 1.5 Design and installation of electrical service to site. 1.6 Design and Installation of approx. 54' by 60' lighted canopy. 1.7 Provide and install (3) Three 30,000 Gallon Xerxes double wall fiberglass underground fuel tanks (2) Two for Diesel Fuel and (1) One for gasoline and associated fuel piping. 1.8 Provide and install all associated wiring and piping required. 1.9 Provide and install Emergency Backup Diesel Generator at site capable of unsupported operation of all site improvements for a minimum of 48 hours. 1.10 Provide and install Veeder-Root tank monitoring software and training for use of software. 1.11 Provide and install fuel dispensing software compatible with current county software, provide training on software. 1.12 Provide 300 Key Fobs for fuel dispensing & software for programming compatible with current county software. 1.13 Construct and install (2) Two Fuel islands intended for large commercial vehicles. 1.14 Provide and install Wayne dispensers with (4) Four 3/4 " hose Diesel, (4) Four 3/4 " hose Gasoline and (4) Four 1" High Flow Diesel stations. 1.15 Provide and Install Site lighting per City of Idaho Falls standards All items shall meet local, state and federal regulations. 1.16 Provide and install video security system capable of monitoring entire site & capable of storing a minimum of 14 days for retrieval if necessary. 1.17 Provide and install underground stubs for future tank farm expansion.
