Replacement of watermains located in the Town of Hanover along U.S. Route 5, 20 and Main Road Each Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Town of Hanover in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. If, Upon Acceptance of the Bid, a Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract With the Town of Hanover, the Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to and Become the Property of the Town. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Forty-five (45) Days After the Date of the Bid Opening. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish a 100% Performance and Payment Bond With a Surety Company Satisfactory to the Town of Hanover and Conforming to the Requirements Outlined in These Documents. The Town of Hanover Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids.
