Replacement of watermains located in the Town of Hanover along U.S. Route 5, 20 and Main Road Each Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Town of Hanover in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. If, Upon Acceptance of the Bid, a Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract With the Town of Hanover, the Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to and Become the Property of the Town.
