Renovation of a mixed-use development in Silver Creek, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General Construction Work for 2024-25 Capital Outlay Exception Project located at 1 Dickinson Street, Silver Creek, New York 14136. A. Surface preparation. B. Interior painting and coating systems. C. Scope: 1. Finish surfaces exposed to view, unless fully factory-finished and unless otherwise indicated, including the following: a. Interior: 1) Concrete Masonry Units: Concrete, split face, scored, smooth, high density, low density, and fluted. 2) Metal: Aluminum and galvanized. 3) Drywall: Walls, ceilings, gypsum board, and similar items. All project related questions shall be directed to Brady Morrison; Phone: 716-489-2555 Email: bmorrison@cplteam.com. RFI's, prior to bidding, will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Monday February 3, 2025. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid is required and must accompany proposal. Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Contract Sum are required to be delivered at time Contract is signed with Owner. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after date of bid opening. The Silver Creek Central School District hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Silver Creek Central School District.
