Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Silver Creek, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Town of Hanover, NY, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to dredge a portion of Cattaraugus Creek in combination with the Army Corp of Engineers during the Spring of 2027. Tasks include: Sediment Sampling and Characterization—preparing and executing a sampling and analysis plan that includes recommended laboratory analytics, number of samples, location, and depth in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidance, and submitting the plan and summary of results for review prior to finalization; Regulatory Permitting—preparing, coordinating, submitting, and obtaining all necessary state and federal permits required to complete the dredging project on behalf of the Town, with all permits to be obtained by December 1, 2026. Consideration and award will be based on experience of personnel in private channel dredging, permitting experience with NYS and US dredging projects, knowledge of Cattaraugus Creek and previous dredging projects, total cost, and upon the recommendation of GEI Consultants. A Non-Collusion Declaration must be executed and submitted with the bid.
