The Government's Magnitude of Construction estimate is less than $25,000. This pre-solicitation notice is for the replacement and relocation of the electrical service panel in the
auto shop/storage building at the Gold Beach Ranger District administrative site in Gold Beach,
Oregon within the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. Work shall comply with all applicable
electrical codes, Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and other applicable regulations. The Contractor
is responsible for securing, and payment for, all applicable permits and tests if required. Work shall comply with all applicable electrical codes, Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and other

applicable permits and tests if required. Contractor shall provide copies of all permits to the
Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to the start of work and provide copies of all tests
including a system test prior to use and acceptance of work. No formal pre-award site visit is planned. A post-award site visit can be scheduled during
