The City of Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency, St. Andrews District located in Bay County, Florida (CRA) in partnership with the City of Panama City (City), Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida requests proposals from responsible and responsive firms to provide landscape design and related landscaping services (Landscaping Services) for the beautification Project (Project) on US98 in the vicinity of Beck Avenue and on US98B Beck Avenue from 16th Street to 10th Street, Panama City, FL 32401. The Landscaping Services may include, but are not limited to, landscape design, landscape construction, landscape construction management, and landscape maintenance for the Project area. The CRA may select a proposer to enter into negotiations for the landscaping services on US98 and Beck Avenue and proposers must demonstrate the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise, organizational and financial capability to perform the services requested under this RFP and to implement the plan of landscaping development accepted by the CRA. For assistance with registering or with bid submission, please contact Johnnie Gallegos at purchasing@panamacity.gov. The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with one or more proposers, to reject any one or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to award a contract lease or other agreement deemed to be in the best interest of the CRA.
