Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online No, Proposers shall direct any questions regarding this RFQ in writing to the GCSC Executive Director, Procurement and Auxiliary Services, Taylor Gilmore, PhD, at tgilmore1@gulfcoast.edu. Each proposal shall be valid and binding for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening. The District Board of Trustees of Gulf Coast State College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to withdraw the RFQ, to waive informalities in the solicitation documents, to obtain new proposals, or to postpone the opening pursuant to the Gulf Coast State College Procurement Policy.
