Wicomico County is seeking bids from Qualified Vendors to contract and perform the improvements to the Airport Industrial Park Sewer Extesion, in conformity with the requirements contained herein Bid Documents. The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to install a gravity sewer system as shown on the drawings, upgrade to an existing lift station, and connect to existing force main, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. B. CONTRACT PRICING 1. Contract pricing will be valid for the term of project completion. 2. Pricing must include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform Work. 3. Pricing will not change during the Contract Period. C. SUMMARY 1. The County will be contracting improvements to the Salisbury Regional Airport Industrial Park Lift Station, which is located at 5133 Citation Drive, Salisbury MD 21804 2. Improvements include, but are not limited to, installation of a gravity sewer system, as shown on the drawings, upgrades to an existing lift station, and connections to existing force main. The Specification and drawing, attached, provide further details. 3. All gravity sewer and lift station utilities are operated by City of Salisbury and shall be constructed per City of Salisbury standards. Contractor is responsible for coordinating with City of Salisbury to schedule inspections and coordinate any impacts with existing utilities. CHEDULES 1.
