This work includes - Site preparation; - backfill; - drainage; - formwork and placement of reinforced concrete; - backside repairs prior to final delivery. The Municipality of Saint-Édouard-de-Lotbinière does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and also reserves the right to cut out, at its convenience, certain parts of the contract. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council. At its sole discretion, and the Municipality may not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
