The Municipality reserves the right to inspect any equipment supplied as a result of this tender, either during or after manufacture and delivery. Inspection will occur within 48 hours of delivery. Any failure to meet tender specifications or any defects discovered during this inspection shall be rectified by the supplier prior to payment.
