Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Tulare, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 730-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for the addition of a 190-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

The project will consist of labor, equipment, and materials to remodel commercial building 3 kitchen project at the Tulare Country Fair (Fair) located at 620 S K St, Tulare, CA 93274, The project scope of work is presented below but not limited to: o Demo opening for service window per plan. Patch and repair as need to match existing materials and finishes. Install new roll up door per schedule. o Remove exterior doors and frames. Replace doors and frames Per schedules. Prepare openings per schedules, which may Ddffer from the existing. Match existing interior and exterior finishes. Protect surrounding areas during construction and Demolition. o Remove interior doors and frames. Replace doors and frames Per schedules. Prepare openings per schedules, which may differ from the existing. Match existing interior finishes. Protect surrounding areas during construction and demolition. o Remove all existing kitchen equipment, cabinets, sinks, and coordinate with the owner before disposal of anything. Replace per plan set if applicable. o Prepare roof for seal coat, administer per specifications, if applicable, as needed in areas patching may be required. o coordinate with mechanical sheets for hvac penetrations, openings, and equipment. o Coordinate with electrical sheets for required penetrations, locations, and scope of work. o Remove the existing kitchen hood and fire suppression system. Coordinate with plans and shop drawings to prepare for the new exhaust hood and fire suppression system. o Saw cut and excavate as needed to install grease interceptor and utilities per plan set. o Saw cut and excavate as needed to install footings and new slab at addition per plan set. o Demo existing walls & framing as needed for area of addition and in remodel area. o Fire sprinklers and other fire protection measures per plan. o Food service and kitchen equipment per plan. o Mechanical screen per plan at exterior wall and roof. o Match existing finishes and repair all damages during construction to surrounding areas.
