Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work can be summarized as follows. 1. The scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following. a. Owner may perform Work at the facility with its own forces during the duration of the Contract. B. Coordinate Work under this Contract with the Work activities performed by Owner to minimize conflicts and to facilitate Work of Owner. C. The following Work shall be performed by Owner. 1. Facilities maintenance. 1.05 PRODUCTS NOT IN CONTRACT A. Not in Contract Work is indicated for clarification of Work in this Contract. B. Not in Contract Work is indicated on drawings as NIC.
