Replace 4 single back building exterior doors & hardware with insulated hollow metal doors. Due to the age of the doors (41 years old,) Install accessibility access to the door at the top of the ramp. Doors to have a mortise lock, mechanical door closers, weather stripping, and door sweeps. The doors are fire rated as per the latest version of NBC requirements. Door fire rating to match existing building requirements. Door handles to be lever type. The existing doors are equipped with security door contacts. Ensure all door security features are maintained and building's security contractor is engaged in removal, reinstallation and testing of the effected equipment.
