Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bid Bond REQUIRED Questions must be sent in writing to the Buyer, Kilina Goldenberg, at kilina.goldenberg@springfieldmo.gov. The cutoff for any questions about this bid is August 6, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. (CST). The project will help to reduce flooding to residential properties in this area through the excavation of roughly 5.5 ac.-ft. of material within the sinkhole flood area and increasing the storage nearly twenty percent (20%). In addition, over eight hundred (800) feet of larger diameter stormwater pipe and inlets will be installed along Lone Pine Ave. and Cedar Lane eliminating an old gabion basket ditch and small driveway culverts. New sidewalk will be constructed along Catalpa St. to reduce the gap in the sidewalk system and City Utilities water and gas mains and services will be replaced.
