As of October 14, 2025, this project is under construction. Tennant Way Corridor Traffic Signal Improvements The project provides for the traffic signal modifications at 5 intersections, ADA curb ramp replacement, signage, traffic control, and any other incidentals necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 apply and demonstrating DBE compliance and utilization of at least 9% is a Condition of Award. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the Washington State or Federal Davis Bacon prevailing wage rates. Cash, cashier’s check, certified check and/or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid price shall accompany all bids.
