Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gunnison, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work of this project includes: removal of Removal of 3,900 square yards of asphalt from the area between the Fred Field House to the rodeo grounds. Work also includes removal of concrete sidewalk and valley pan, fence and posts. New work includes concrete valley pan and trench drains, concrete curb and gutters, and sidewalks, create a plaza area, fencing and hot mix asphalt paving. This project consists of paving, concrete and drainage work at the Gunnison County Fairgrounds. This project more specifically involves the following: 1. Demolition and removal of existing concrete sidewalk and valley pan, asphalt road/parking surfaces and existing fencing. 2. New concrete sidewalk and paving, traffic rated trench drain, curb and gutter, valley pan and ADA ramps 3. Grading and drainage improvements as shown 4. Infiltration swale with cobbles 5. Hot mix asphalt paving Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. This project does NOT require a bid bond. Performance and payment bonds will be required upon contract award. There will not be a prebid meeting. Questions can be directed as noted below.
