Work to be performed under this Contract includes but is not limited to furnishing primary and secondary electrical cable and components, furnishing streetlights, installation of materials and components, and all other Work required in accordance with the Contract Documents. Questions must be submitted The Project has a required Substantial Completion date of October 31, 2024, with an expected Notice of Intent to Award on October 4, 2024, pending City Council approval on October 8, 2024. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Milestone 2 Completion and Final Payment, November 15, 2024. The work of this project consists of the complete installation of primary and secondary electrical for street lighting for the College Avenue Street project. The work of this project shall include the complete electrical installation, testing, inspection and operation of street lighting as shown or specified. B. The City of Gunnison has provided a materials list of required material and products. This list may be incomplete, and the contractor shall procure materials and electrical components as required for a complete project. C. Included is the installation of electrical cable and conductors in conduit already in place. The work will start from the west side of Adams Street and end at the east end of College Avenue. Final primary electrical termination will be at a power pole located on Loveland Street. This project includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Placement of switch gear, lighting transformer with junction box, electrical splitter boxes, pull boxes and 30' light posts and appurtenances where shown. 2. Install and terminate 500 MCM AL Okonite primary electric cabling (see materials list). 3. Install and terminate secondary conductors, pull boxes, switch gear and install City provided transformer. 3. All traffic control, miscellaneous wiring and installation of electrical components as identified within the materials list. 4. Contractor shall provide product submittals for approval prior to ordering materials.
