Reference Number 0000376992 The City of Gunnison, Colorado is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified consultants to provide construction management and inspection services for the 12th Street Mill and Overlay project. Attachment A "2024 12th Street Mill and Overlay" Construction Plans and Attachment B "N. 12th Street Mill and Overlay Project" Project Manual and Specifications are included. The project is scheduled to begin in April of 2025. The general scope of the 12th Street Improvements project includes: Full roadway with milling and removal of asphalt pavement Removal and Replacement of existing curb & gutter and concrete valley pans as indicated in the construction documents. Enhancement of drainage systems as indicated in the construction drawings to assure proper conveyance of stormwater. Water valve adjustments Asphalt tack coasting and proposed 2 inch overlay of hot mix asphalt. Traffic control in work areas. Landscaping and restoration of disturbed areas Question Deadline 03/05/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Any questions regarding this project shall be in writing and shall only be directed to City Clerk, cityclerk@gunnisonco.gov. All questions, answers, and addenda shall be published on the City's solicitation website online. All questions shall be submitted no later than the date provided in Section E of this RFP. All addenda shall be acknowledged in the Cover Letter. Notice of Intent to Award March 18, 2025 Estimated Notice to Proceed April 1, 2025 Substantial Completion July 25, 2025 Completion & Final Payment August 8, 2025
