Reference Number 0000378631 City of Gunnison is requesting SOQs from qualified engineering firms to perform professional, on-call services and general technical support for one or more of the following categories: General Civil Engineering, Roadway & Transportation & Design, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Engineering, Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Engineering, Municipal Water and Wastewater, Environmental Engineering Services, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, Utility Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering. The selected Respondent(s) will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform tasks within one or more of the areas described above. The scope of work associated with each category is general in nature since the individual projects and tasks are, as of yet, undefined. A more specific scope of work will be developed for individual projects, as applicable, to accompany a specific Task Order to be agreed upon between the City and Consultant. This work will require onsite visits at selected times and exposure to the elements, construction equipment and activities, as will be determined in the scope of each individual task order. The Consultant may subcontract geotechnical services, storm water, traffic engineering, and surveying if the proposal sufficiently details the subconsultant arrangement, or these services may be performed under a separate contract and task order. The contract award shall be for three (3) years with the first year ending on December 31, 2025, and work is not guaranteed. Annual renewal is not guaranteed but will include the submission of revised rate sheets for the calendar year of the contract renewal. Question Deadline 03/27/2025 at 5:00 PM MT
