Reference Number 0000378144 The following scope of work to be performed by the Consultant consists of (but is not limited to) the following tasks: The City of Gunnison is soliciting bids for a Recreation Center Sound Upgrade. This project involves a comprehensive upgrade of the sound system at the Gunnison Parks and Recreation Center. The upgrade will integrate multiple areas of the facility using a centralized sound system for seamless and independent zone audio control and streaming. The system will span across various zones with the ability to control each independently, including the lobby, climbing areas, office spaces, aquatics center, locker rooms, kitchen, conference rooms, senior room, gymnastics area, and basketball courts. The installation will involve amplification, speakers, and network components to ensure reliable performance. The City reserves all rights, which shall be exercisable in its sole discretion, without limitation or cause or notice, the following and/or any applicable law: The right to reject any or all PROPOSALS without limitation and/or to cancel, re-issue, postpone, or withdraw the RFP at any time without incurring any obligation or liability. The right to modify the RFP language, timeframes, or contents and issue addenda. The right to engage technical and/or legal firms in the evaluation of PROPOSALS. The right to waive informalities, irregularities, or deficiencies in the RFP or PROPOSALS.
