Furnishing services, material, or equipment, or to perform all work required to: Perform pickup, analysis, and reporting for water and wastewater samples taken from various locations throughout the Santa Cruz District, Santa Cruz and San Mateo County, CA complete and ready for use in accordance with plans and specifications and such addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date. Service Location: Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park Warehouse, 202 Big Trees Park Road, Felton CA 95018. The anticipated performance period of the contract is: 01/01/2025 (or upon DPR approval, whichever is later) through 12/31/2027, or three years from contract approval. Additional requirements/information are as follows: Contractor must submit proof of Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification from the State Water Resources Control Board with bid submission packet by completing page 2 of Exhibit B, Attachment I, Bid form.
