The College of DuPage is accepting sealed bids for the Student Resource Center (SRC) Kitchen Renovation for Commercial Dishwasher Installation. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total base bid is required for this project. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Refer to the IDOL website for current DuPage County rates. The College of DuPage is committed to the economic development of disadvantaged business enterprises; qualified Minority, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Owned Businesses are highly encouraged to participate College of DuPage Board of Trustees Reserves the right to reject any and all responses. Target Board Approval Date - Thursday, August 22, 2024 Question Deadline 07/25/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted in writing and be directed via email to the Procurement Services at purchasing@cod.edu Renovate existing kitchen space for installation of commercial dish washer and associated equipment in new location. Purchase of dish machine, vent hood, tables and dish machine accessories by Owner. Successful bidder responsible for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing to the machine. Removal of existing machine and installation of new machine will be completed by the supplier. Successful bidder responsible to renovate existing location of removed machine to match surrounding.
