Build and replace counters in the main lobby, existing interview rooms and the immigration serving counter off the public area at the Woodstock Port Building. Each counter workstation located in the main lobby to have the following: 1. Countertop glass inserts to view computer screen under counter. 2. Slide out keyboard tray. 3. Cabinet for storage and lockable drawers. 4. Partial plexiglass screen between client and Officers at public side. Each counter located in the immigration serving counter off the public area to have the following: 1. Cabinet for storage and lockable drawers. 2. Partial plexiglass screen between client and Officers at public side. Install doors to enter operations area behind counter. Disconnect and reconnect of any electrical connections to allow for the dismantling and installation of counters. Construct two new 8' walls or come up with alternate options to close off operational area behind counter while maintaining a clear line of sight. One opening is five foot wide (+/-) between vestibule and data drop wall. Second opening is adjacent to the accessible counter in lieu of the swinging door shown on the plans. All walls to be finished and painted. Replace existing ceramic flooring in public areas (lobby, vestibules, waiting area) with new flooring suitable for high traffic commercial ar eas such as Luxury Vinyl Tile or VCT tile (consultant to confirm what is best suited for high volume commercial traffic areas). All work to be assessed to meet most current accessibility standards.
