Contract Term: As mutually agreed, upon, the successful Proposer shall be awarded a Contract for one (1) year with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional one-year periods and under the same terms and conditions, if it should be deemed advisable and advantageous. Renewal of this Contract shall be contingent upon annual satisfactory performance evaluations by the University. No Proposal may be amended or withdrawn after the scheduled closing date and time of receipt for sixty (60) days. The University reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any Proposals. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest Proposal if that Proposal is contrary to the best interest of the University. In making an award, intangible factors such as Proposal's service, integrity, facilities, equipment, reputation, and past performance will be weighed along with the quality displayed in the samples submitted. The University reserves the right to waive any or all formalities.
