Renovation of a municipal facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work: Provide supervision and materials to build a Fiber Shed. Project Duration: 120 Days A cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities for an amount not less than 5% of the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, will be required to accompany each bid. A performance bond, a payment bond, a maintenance bond, and insurance will be required prior to execution of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days.
