Reference Number : 0000358924 The City of Huntsville desires to solicit sealed bids for Industrial Wastewater Cleaning & Removal Services for Existing Equipment at Wastewater Treatment Plants and Pump Stations, as outlined in the attached Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. An original Bid Bond is required in the amount of five (5) percent of the total price specified in Bidder Pricing Form unless another amount is specified or waived on the cover of this IFB. Any bid submitted without an original Bid Bond will not be considered. Such Bid Bond shall be an original document in the form of a firm commitment, such as Bid Bond, postal money order, certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit. A company check is not an acceptable bid bond. If required by specification, a Performance Bond must remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract in the amount of 100% of the annual contract amount. A Payment Bond, if required, shall be included with the Performance Bond, or separately provided.
